GET INVOLVED
MENTOR
The strongest thing a young man in this program can hear is from someone who has already done it. If you have been through reentry yourself, or you have a trade, a business, or time and consistency to give, we want to talk to you.
Mentors are vetted, Live Scanned and background-checked before any contact with participants.
HIRE
Our participants are working or looking for work, with staff support behind them. If you have openings, we handle the parts that usually end an employment placement — transportation, scheduling, follow-up after the first week.
You get a worker with an entire team invested in him showing up.
PARTNER
We work with community organizations, training providers, colleges, clinicians and faith communities across Los Angeles County. If your work touches young men coming home from custody, there is probably something here worth building.
GIVE
Gifts to Creating Connections, our 501(c)(3) arm, support outreach work and the young men moving through the program. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
